Shipping Time
Europe orders usually take between 3-10 business days to be delivered from the date they are shipped.
Please note in some countries, customs may cause an additional delay in delivery.
We recommend that you keep an eye on your tracking.
You can cancel your order within 24 hours only after your purchase.
 (*in rare cases deliveries take  10+ business days.)

 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  • Upon placing your order, you will promptly receive a confirmation email. Subsequently, once your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a second email providing your tracking details.
  • Please note that purchases of Gift Cards do not contribute towards meeting the free shipping threshold.
  • In the rare circumstance that your order is not received within the specified delivery timeframe, or if it arrives damaged, we kindly ask that you reach out to us promptly.
    Please ensure to contact us no later than 5 days from the delivery date indicated on your tracking information.
  • If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately.  We process and ship orders quickly (we’re fast!).  Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.    

    Please note that any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be cancelled.

  • IMPORTANT: PLEASE MAKE SURE TO ENTER YOUR COMPLETE INFORMATION ADDRESS AT CHECKOUT.
    IN CASE OF DELIVERY ISSUE DUE TO INCOMPLETE ADDRESS INFORMATION, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR IT AND WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO REFUND YOU, IF THE PACKAGE HAS BEEN SENT.
